I love watching out the window aboard the aircraft it takes off.
This is VA569 today - Airbus A330-200 VH-XFC - leaving Sydney.
It’s such an amazing privilege to live in an era where humans can fly - and easily.
I flew to the other side of the country and back again in a day, something that not so long ago in human history wasn’t possible.
When the aircraft takes off I look around at all the people watching movies, reading etc. and can’t understand why more people aren’t looking out the window at this amazing feat.
PS: don’t get me wrong - I’m totally into inflight entertainment for the long haul journey but take off and landing is amazing!
